स्वतंत्र भारत के भूतपूर्व प्रधानमंत्री नरसिम्हा राव जो भारत के मानचित्र मे बदलाव के ज़िम्मेदार थे जिन्होंने LOC को LAC में परिवर्तित करा दिया उन को इस वर्ष मरणोपरांत भारत रत्न दे कर सम्मानित किया गया।
भाजपा के पूर्व सांसद Subramanian Swamy आज कल कहते हैं कि चीन पुन: विस्तारवादी हो गया और 4026 वर्ग किलोमीटर LAC फ़लांग कर घुस गया है। इस घटना को कहा गया है कि न कोई घुसा है न कोई आया है। अर्थात् मानचित्र में बदलाव की प्रकिया की पुन: आवृत्ति हो सकती है।
परम्परा रही है कि एक वर्ष में तीन से अधिक भारत रत्न नहीं दिया गया है किन्तु इस वर्ष पॉच भारत रत्न दिया गया है जिस में चार को मरणोपरांत दिया गया है और एक को अनारकली बना कर दिया गया है।
Bloomberg TV अमेरिका द्वारा भारतीयों को H-1B visas दिये जाने के गुणगान में भारत का बदला हुआ मानचित्र देखाता है।यह 1992 मे बाबरी मस्जिद शहादत के बाद नरसिम्हा राव द्वारा 1993 में चीन-भारत के पूरे 4056 km लम्बे सीमा को LAC बनाने का परिणाम है।
#नोट: जिन लोगों ने भारत के नक़्शा मे हेर-फेर, अदल-बदल LOC को LAC करवाया उन को यदि मरणोपरांत भारत रत्न दिया गया तो आशा है जिन के कालखंड मे इस क्रिया की पुनरावृत्ति की गई वह भी भविष्य मे मरणोपरांत भारत रत्न के अधिकारी होगें, उन्हें भी सम्मानित किया जाये गा।

Danish Qureshi, Mohammed Seemab Zaman साहब देखा है जाकर जो नक्शा हम देखते है और जो मौजूद है उसमें बोहत फर्क है आवाम बोहत गुमराह है इस में.

Mohammed Seemab Zaman, Aftab Yousufzai साहेब, यह बाबरी मस्जिद के शहादत और अरब का subsidise oil बंद करने के बाद Panic में आ गये थे, इसी वजह कर चीन से 4056 km border पर अमन चाहते थे। चीन को 320 km ज़मीन देकर पूरे बोडर को LAC मान लिया।चीन ने उस को ख़ुशी ख़ुशी क़बूल कर लिया और UNO और दुनिया में इस को बताया और चीन तरक़्क़ी 10-12% GDP से तीस साल तक तरक़्क़ी करता रहा मगर भारत संघ की सरकार वाजपेयी की बनवा कर भारत मे investment नहीं आने दिया।
अब तो चीन super power हो गया और फिर वही विस्तारवादी हरकत 2020 में शुरू कर दिया।
Mohammed Seemab Zaman Pravin Sawhney, editor FORCE newsmagazine has written on 2nd August 2020 that “The Ladakh crisis of 2020 has exposed the vacuity of Indian policy-making. The 1993 agreement did not win peace. It bought temporary peace at a high cost. And the price has been heavy: On the one hand, military preparedness and infrastructure building on the LAC was neglected with too much dependency on diplomacy. On the other hand, military leaders, obsessed with Pakistan, failed to keep track of the upwards trajectory of the PLA’s military capabilities.”
Sawhney has written that, “the LAC which was imposed on India by China through the 1962 war, and which it is unwilling to define. The reality is that following the Chinese unilateral withdrawal after the 1962 war, the LAC physically came into being only in the Western Sector. This LAC was a 320km stretch from Daulat Beg Oldi to Demchok in Ladakh and had a 20km demilitarised zone on either side. India referred to the Eastern Sector (the state of Arunachal Pradesh) as the traditional border running along the McMahon Line. The Chinese did not recognise the McMahon Line, considered it illegal and claim 90,000sqkm territory of the state of Arunachal Pradesh as occupied by India.”
