Yesterday, after eleven years (2009), President Putin said in a Virtual Davos-2021, “the world is facing global inequality worsened by coronavirus pandemic and it is a serious challenge to humanity.”

He said this change is causing untold hardship for billions of people worldwide. The crisis will bring seismic changes and would bring technological change, social change, and economic change.

Putin warned against internet giants and said “in some areas they are already de facto competing with the state”. The world needs to change all these shortcomings.

He said the international system has collapsed just like in the 1930s before the start of the second World War. The unipolar world has failed and there is a need for cooperation to strengthen the old global institutions and creation of NEW ONES.

In the end Putin said, global cooperation is needed to provide decent living standards to the population.

कल ईगारह (11) साल के बाद रूस को राष्ट्रपति पुटिन ने Virtual Davos-21 मे बहुत लम्बा भाषण दिया। पुटिन ने कहा यह कोरोना महामारी दुनिया मे “Seismic Changes” ( भूकम्पीय परिवर्तन) के बाद जो बर्बादी होती है वही मंज़र पेश करे गा। आज दुनिया 1930 (Recession) के तरह बर्बाद हो गई है। ज़रूरत है पूराने international organisations को ज़िंदा करने की है और new organisation बना कर दुनिया को बचाने की।

दो दिन पहले चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी जिंपिंग ने तीन साल बाद डावोस मे अपने भाषण मे कहा है “इस सदी मे दुनिया बहुत तेज़ी से बदली है” (यही बात हम पॉच साल से लिख रहे हैं सिरिया ने तेज़ी से दुनिया बदल दिया)

दुनिया बदली मगर मेरे देश की सरकार, नेता, बूद्धिजिवी या दूसरे समाज सेवी लोगो को कुछ समझ मे नही आया। वह लोग सौ साल की सोंच को साकार करने मे 20 बैंक लूटवा कर एक नया समाज और देश बनाने का सपना देख रहे थे। सात साल के मोदी सरकार को पता है देश 80% विदेशी तेल से चलता है और मेरे पास 10 दिन का तेल होता है वह social fabric बरबाद कर #विश्वगुरू का सपना देख रहा था।

पैसा नही है, इस साल का बजट जुमला हो गा। कोई देश मेरी मद्द नही करे गा क्योकि सब बरबाद है मगर मेरी बर्बादी मेरी ख़ुद की पैदा की हुई है। किसान बिल सरकार वापस ले और देश बचाये, वंदे मातरम का झूठा नारा नही लगाये!
