Five countries bordering the energy-rich Caspian Sea, Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Iran, Azerbaijan met Monday at an economic forum in a bid to agree on how to divide the region’s oil wealth.
कुछ महिना पहले रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुटीन ने कैस्पियन समुद्र को पॉंच हिस्सा मे बाट कर तुर्कमेनिस्तान, कज़ाकिस्तान, रूस, आजरबाइजान और ईरान को बीस साल चले वार्ता के बाद दे दिया था।कैस्पियन समुद्र पर रूस का क़ब्ज़ा सौ साल से अधिक समय तक रहा मगर ऐशिया के बदलते geo-politics को देखते हुऐ पुटीन ने शान्ति पूर्वक सब को दे दिया।
तुर्कमेनिस्तान मे पॉच देश के राष्ट्रपति और रूस के प्रधानमंत्री मेदवेद ने बैठक कर पाँचो देशो के बीच sea bed बाटने की योजना पर बात की ताकी सब अपने अपने क्षेत्र मे “तेल-गैस” कैस्पियन समुद्र से निकाल कर बेचें।

PUTIN TO INAUGURATE RUSSIAN TURKSTREAM PIPELINE ON JANUARY 8 IN TURKEY
President Putin will visit Turkey on Jan. 8 to launch the Turkish Stream gas pipeline from Russia to Turkey. TurkStream will transfer 31.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year and meet the energy demand of 15 million homes.
The land section TurkStream on the Turkish side is an important international project for gas supplies to the Turkish market. The second pipeline of TurkStream will supply gas to Europe. The second line is expected to go from Turkey through Bulgaria, then to Serbia, Hungary and Slovakia.
Western and Central Europe have long been Russia’s major consumer of gas. Moscow started supplying natural gas to Europe in the 1950s.
