In November 2021 at Glasgow COP26 in the UK over 100 countries took pledge to cut methane by 30% by 2030. They also pledged to cut oil and gas consumption to reduce Carbon dioxide (CO2) to decrease dependency on Middle Eastern oil.
Climate change scientists suggested that CO2 emission will fall by 45% by 2030. But on 4th February 2022, China signed 30 years deal with Russia for oil and gas supply and on 24th February 2022 Russia started bombardment in Ukraine.
Now, US-led Western powers are providing the latest arms and ammunition to Ukraine and in response Russia has started bombardment with Hypersonic Missiles in Ukraine.
Planes are travelling long distance to avoid Ukraine and polluting the atmosphere with toxic gas.
What a shame for the US-led Western world, now Climate change rhetoric has also failed like human rights slogan of the last forty years. Allah is great.
